A New Hope Therapy - LGBTQ+ and ADHD Psychotherapist
Hello, my name is Matthew (he/him). I support people struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and relationship issues, and specialise in working with LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergence. Through my lived experience, I know being LGBTQ+ / Neurodivergent can bring up challenging feelings of shame and rejection, the result of growing up in a heteronormative and neurotypical world. I believe these feelings can be overcome and there is hope of living comfortably in your own skin.
